Purpose
LUMASERV has grown from 6 to 30 employees since its founding past 4 years. We specialize in operating complex cloud infrastructure solutions and developing digital products for our clients, while driving digitalization initiatives in public institutions and companies.
As we strive for operational excellence in all our processes—both for customers and employees—we're looking for a talented founder associate to lead various initiatives.
You will:
Work directly with the founders
Analyze and implement business processes
Improve our financial controlling and public presence
Use modern tools like Notion, Slack, Camunda, WeClapp and various AI solutions
Not require special technical expertise
Business sector: Cloud IT infrastructure. Size 20 employees + 15 extern. Customers: BMFSFJ, BSI, CGM, MVV, Sdui, ITDZ Berlin, Land Berlin, Land RLP, Land Hessen.
