How you can contribute

• Design system architectures and technical specifications across our products

• Develop technical roadmaps based on requirements from our innovation team

• Support in hiring and mentoring colleagues (you will have your own team)

• Implement AI solutions in products or workflows

• Work closely with the founding team to standardize technologies across our product portfolio

Skills / Qualifications

• Professional experience in frontend and/or backend development using modern web technologies, SPA frameworks, and object-oriented programming

• Database design and optimization expertise (Supabase, SQL, MongoDb)

• Experience in requirements engineering and understanding customer needs

• Understanding of design systems and accessibility standards

• Knowledge of HTTP REST/RPC interfaces and common documentation formats (Swagger/OpenAPI)

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Notion or Linear) and agile methodologies
